Bought a wine glass for my friend’s 60th, which I had engraved. Good website, easy and quick to manoeuvre. It arrived within 2 days, in a beautiful box. Loved it, it’s a lovely idea if struggling to think of a gift idea. Would definitely recommend!

The glasses looked amazing, good quality, perfect engraving, very pleased. Came in a very nice box and the velvet made the presentation look fancy. Kind of wish I wasn't giving them away as a gift as they are so nice haha. 100% recommend!
Due to Covid restrictions, it was not possible to shop for a 70th birthday present. My daughter gave me the Keep It Personal web details on the Friday as the birthday was on the Monday. I selected my present and gave the engraving details. The present arrived Saturday morning. Wow, it looked really class. When it was handed over on the Monday, it turned out I had the wrong month engraved. I again ordered another with the correct details and this with 12% discount. The engraving is excellent, and the service is superb. Needless to say, the web details are now in my bookmarks. Highly recommended.
Fantastic company, always received selected items in the informed time frame. I have ordered engraved vases, pens shot glasses and celebration glasses, the gift boxes save time looking for a perfect size fit elsewhere and they have all been beautiful. I would not go anywhere else.
The glasses that I ordered were absolutely fantastic! They are superb quality, very heavy tumblers and the engraving looked brilliant!
