Awful service, purchased on line and delivery arranged. Didn't arrive and no communications. Contacted and told to come down to collect. As a result my wife has no wine for her birthday so i'm off to Tesco to see what they have instead! Will never use again!

We travelled from Bath by train then walked to the store. When the tasting began there were only 6 bottles to try and all Australian. Worst of all, the three whites had only been put on ice a few minutes earlier and so we're unchilled. Add the hard-sell tirade which made it very difficult to ask any questions, and we decided that 10 minutes was as much as we could bear. A waste of time that did nothing to enhance the reputation of Majestic.

Like most Majestic stores this is small and unpretentious. As always a great stock of excellent wines, great prices and friendly knowledgeable staff.
