Absolutely shocking business. Over three months and I'm still waiting to speak to someone from the Uk in relation to my car insurance claim.. You get put through to Spain and left with no options..

Having read the previous reviews I had some trepedation knowing I had to ring them. It was all for nothing, the call was answered within five minutes by a very helpful courteous Spanish gentleman. I can only speak for myself, I was cancelling a policy other departments may differ.

Bought GAP insurance through PSA Finance, never again!!! Takes over 40 minutes every phone call to get through to speak to someone and they ask for something different every time. Just stalling the payment of a claim. Requested my bank details to make payment then it gets passed to another team to be dealt with in \due course\. Still waiting for payout from an October claim. Having to use my own cash to buy another car as they haven't paid out the settlement which I would sold in good faith that it would be sorted quickly if I ever have a vehicle written off. Check your insurance policy when you take out GAP insurance, do not use!

Surely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I contacted Mapfre on 9/11/20 to inform of a bereavement of a policyholder. I received one reply 14 days later, which made absolutely no sense. After a further 17 days with no reply, I raised a complaint, which stipulated that I would receive a reply within 5 days. 7 days later.... nothing!

i am currently on hold and have been for the last 43 minutes, i am sure that it will take a lot longer as i had to give up after 1 hour and 30 minutes the other day. good luck to anyone that wants to claim off their insurance.
