Great model shop and friendly knowledgeable staff. One of only a few remaining model shops in Bristol. It is well worth a visit there.

Very good can park near as well. Good selection of models. Check opening times before visit etc.
What an amazing shop ! Very friendly owner who was more than happy to help considering I turned up at closing time. Brilliant selection of N gauge. Top marks. Will certainly be visiting again.

Good selection of stock, but that's as far as it goes. Arrogant, rude and sarcastic Owner with the most rotten attitude I have come across in a while. Went there 3 times with my terminally ill father 7 years ago to part exchange some items and he was more than unhelpful and unfriendly. He seemed to be more preoccupied with following us around the shop, watching everything we were doing and eavesdropping in our conversation because he clearly did not trust us not to steal something. Usually I would only feel slightly offended and insulted by this, but I was left feeling furious after our third and final visit when without warning he accosted me and started aggressively accusing me of shoplifting. Totally convinced of his correctness, he snatched my bag away from me to look through my personal belongings in front of other customers only to discover that he was wrong and gave a very disingenuous apology. I have never stolen anything in my life, I’ve also worked in a Model Shop myself, handled cash, been responsible for looking after Merchandise worth thousands of pounds and I have never had any reason to accuse a customer of stealing based on appearance, age or gender etc. Clearly another example of a Model shop owner who treats some customers different to others based on some of the other comments, its people like this man who give Model Railway shops a bad name and he does not deserve to still be in business in my opinion. Will never use again.
