Ordered online because of the pandemic. Stuff arrived quickly, no plastic and a cute little note that made me smile! Super happy to support local businesses. The treats were very popular with my pup, so I ordered again and it was great service still.
I have been purchasing rat and cat supplies from BPS and always receive great, friendly service with a smile. Yesterday I asked if they had any rat houses and was shown a new 'sputnik' house. A huge hit with my 3 girls so thank you.
