Checked Google for opening times so I could collect a parcel they couldn't deliver. Google times are so very different to what's on there office door due to covid-19. This parcel contained my medication that I was going to run out of within 4 hours. So didn't want to wait another 2 days.Tuesday opening hours are 8am till 10am. I'm now sat in agony because I caught the bus to just have to turn around and go home. Now had to rearrange my meds to be delivered Thursday which is 2 days away. ROYAL MAIL UPDATE YOUR OPENING TIMES

I rebooked online and had to come 3 times to this office as they couldn't find my parcel, for the 3rd one they told me they didn't have it as it was past the time and they couldn't do anything anymore. It's like they were just waiting for the time to pass to tell me that with a smile. I have to keep losing my time due to their incompetence. Pd. The new opening times are just perfect for people who doesn't have a job.

I was waiting for a delivery all day which was on a timed order (Before 1pm) only to have it marked as \attempted to be delivered\ at about 4pm by one of your drivers, no one knocked, no one rang the doorbell and no attempt was actually made. This realllllly annoyed and panicked me as I needed my order for work that evening so I rushed down the street and literally RAN after a royal mail van that happened to be passing. The postman who got out knew nothing of my parcel but he asked one of his colleagues who I believe was called Trevor. Trevor, upon realising mine was a tracked order, went out of his way to find the postman who was on that route and track down my parcel for me, despite having finished his shift. He was friendly, apologetic, and most importantly fixed the problem caused by the other driver who hadn't even attempted to deliver my parcel. Trevor was a delight and seemed extremely happy to help me, singlehandedly turning what would have been a 1-star review into this 5-star one. Thanks again!

Arrived at 14:02 and was refused to be served as the man said we close at 14:00 come back tomorrow. Lucky you got 1 star

opening times are ridiculous. and wrong on google. Royal Mail clearly underfunding this. very few people will be available to collect at these times!!
