It was my 8 month old Labradoodle’s first full groom today and she was more than happy to go in with Becka (the groomer). When I picked her up she looked amazing and smelled lovely! Her tail was wagging, so she obviously had a good experience. So much so she went back to give Becka a lovely wet kiss on the ear! We will definitely be using Shampooches again!

Booked in for my dogs nails to be clipped as I thought they were scrapping on the pavement when he walked. No one was in the shop. Waited outside. A lady came towards me with indenity as in a apron with name of organisation. Didn't introduce herself or apologies for being late. Went in. She dealt with another lady first whose dog was having a wash. Looked at my dog said he didn't need his nails doing but took him to the back of the shop and cut 3 nails. My dog flinched at one nail cutting which was where she cut the quick. Since being back home my dogs nail has not stopped bleeding. Will never use these again. Not professional or caring at all
Rachel is an excellent groomer. Quinn is always happy to go back. He always looks and smells gorgeous
Hi, took Bertie for his first cut and shampoo, the groomer whose name I did not get made a fantastic job on Bertie, for this was his first time, well done to the young lady, I will get her name next time, Thank you, see you next time be safe xx
