Alexis Kalmar

Great organisation working with healthcare employers around the UK to ensure increased quality of patient safety and care. As they focus on the support workforce ( mainly bands 1-4) you can find lots of useful case-studies in which they have created roles in various trusts. Apart from consultancy, they also have a range of e-tools, including the e-rostering tool Realtime Rostering to help trusts have a birds-eye view on their staff.
