I have called 3 times to try and find out availability on a vehicle I ask to be put through to sales it should be automatically done rather than be asked if it's new enquiry or not so far not impressed and have currently got to try out at least 2 suppliers got 1 already booked but looking for local companies and you being reasonably local thought I may get good service I may try calling again but if the service is the same I will walk away

I always enjoy coming here . There is a lot packed into a small area and parking can be very difficult. They cater mainly for disabled people and have a good range of choices for disabled drivers. I turned up unannounced after my rear seat belt failed during my holiday and they stripped it down and repaired it while I waited . There is a small waiting room with TVs and access to tea / coffee making facilities , or just plain water . The building is wheelchair accessible and my car was brought round to me when the job was completed

Incorrect numbers listed on the site, just rings through to a mobile voicemail constantly. When finally got hold of the right number the girl I needed to speak to was never at her desk, despite being promised a call back on more than 3 occasions, meaning I couldn't put my adaptations order in for my car. When I finally did get a call back I had already arranged to go to another company, otherwise I'd have had to delay picking up my car.
