I phoned up cause I was having trouble with my PC, he was very friendly and I could drop it down the same day. Within a few hours he found the problem and ordered the replacement part and a 2 days later when it arrived I had it back working perfectly, better than before, and it cost a lot less than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend to anyone having trouble with their computer.
