Excellent - Graeme Davies was brilliant in every way - very professional and knowledgeable the show room was beautiful clean and covid safe - I test drove the performance model and I have to say was absolutely amazing - I thoroughly recommend using this Tesla outlet and recommend you take a test drive

I feel like I was one of the unlucky ones but genuinely had a terrible experience with Tesla Cribbscauseway. Booking a test drive was really quick and easy but on reaching the test drive location the good service just seemed to stop. Test drive was booked in at 1, we arrived on time and scanned in but we were left outside (understandable - covid reasons) for 25mins in freezing weather with no contact from Tesla (not so understandable). Had to really push one of the sales guys to engage with me after he finished with another customer and tried to walked away knowing we were waiting. Finally got into the car where said salesmen gave a less than interested demo. Only managed to take the car out for a short time because the time lost waiting but it felt twitchy and over reactive. The ride was very firm and I was on edge the entire time I was in the car. We think it was in a sport mode but don't know as it wasn't mentioned on during the demo. Also didn't like there was no dash board. The operating system on the main console is seriously clever though. The show room reached out afterwards and asked how the test drive was at which point I repeated the above. The chap was really nice and offered another test drive where he would look after us. On attending the second test drive I was told that there had been a mix up, and the car I was supposed to test drive had been given to another customer. We left at this point from frustration.

5* because it’s Tesla. Likely the only retailer to survive in this space. The mall itself will be finished in a few years, Tesla won’t. Having driven all of the models in the U.K. and USA (not Y in the U.K.) I can safely say Tesla have this market truly dominated. Years ahead of the competition, the product sells itself.
