James Duncan & Anna couldn’t have been more helpful and informative when we were deciding upon our new fire and fireplace. We were particularly impressed by the amount of time they were prepared to give to us when making our choice and also when we were preparing our room for the installation. Stuart and Mark then did a superb job installing everything and explaining the workings of the fire. If you are considering the purchase and installation of a fire & fireplace we would highly recommend this superb family business.

I am writing to say how pleased I am with the new fire and surround. The service from James, Duncan and Anna has been excellent and Mark and Stuart did a great job making the opening and then installing the fire and surround. Mark has also been back to install the rear liner to replace the original that was cracked. The whole thing went very well and my fears about there being a lot of mess and possible damage to the carpet were unfounded. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know who is looking for a new fire/surround to be installed.

I love this shop the fire basket has installed all three of my gas fires. The first one in my front room installed 30 years ago my second a wood burner for my kitchen and my last one just before Xmas 2019. The owners are so supportive of helping build your ideas you have for your home. When you walk into there shop it is like walking into your own home because the fire place is decorated and pictures and ornaments set of the fireplaces. I am more than happy to recommend this shop and definitely worth a visit.

We visited about 4 different fire / fire surround show rooms in Bristol and found this to be by far the best. The guys that came to fit the new fire and surround were very professional and efficient. My fireplace was damaged by carpet fitters so I contacted Fire Basket and James came over and made a repair free of charge. Excellent service!
