I buy A LOT of tools from HD online and have no issues, but I needed lumber today and went in store. I decided to have the sheets ripped into 16\ wide pieces to save time and make them easier to handle. I told the employee it was vital that 2 pieces out of each sheet were 16\. NONE WERE. i paid nearly 100 bucks for garbage and was told I had to pay since I requested the cuts, even though they were wrong. Wasted valuable time and money and had to go to Lowe's anyway. NOT happy.

Good customer service and often more polite and respectful than the other big box store Home Depot carries brands the other doesn't, and often a lower prices too. I'm finding myself shopping here much more and less busy too!
