Terrible. 13 for 3 teeny tiny tortillas, soggy and falling apart. 1/4 full, missing 5/6 toppings. Basically just avocado in a tortilla with a slice of beef and slice of lettuce (avocado was at an extra charge). Worst Deliveroo experience I’ve ever had. The pictures actually look generous!! I can’t account for their food as a restaurant, however in adapting for take-away, just failing completely.

We visited the first time about two weeks ago and made a point to visit Tortilla again today when in Bristol. The food is pretty good but our server was absolutely awful. She kept her mask below her nose and continued to touch her mask to either pull it up or pull it down entirely to speak to us. Even without a global pandemic, that is awful food hygiene! Touching our food, then her mask (which was cloth and I have no idea when last cleaned), then touching our food again. Not impressed. Someone needs to refresh their food safety training.

The Manger welcomed me and my friend into the restaurant, made us aware of the Covid- 19 rules put in place e.g the track and trace. Even though we waited a little while he still kept us up to date on when a table was available. When seated did the online order app which was very easy to navigate, however disappointed about the loyalty scheme not working due to covid 19. When having the burrito their was a lot of excess fat/juice leaking making my burrito soggy and wet, the sour cream was thinner than I expected but still delicious with my tortilla chips. Overall great meal and reasonable prices. Update: Burrito was much less liquidity this time better than my last visit.
