If I could give zero stars I would. First made a claim 24 March. Still no resolution. Email sent in response to a question they asked (response sent same day) and they said it would take 45 days to answer. Day 45 had an email saying I did not respond to their question. This company should be shut down. Atrocious!

I share the same views as the others here. This company shouldnt be trading. I have held a policy for 3 years and have had to make amy first ever claim due to Covid and I have had no reponse from emails. Have been placed on hold for over 30 mins as they had to transfer my call only to be cut off 3 times now. Will never use this company again
If I could give no stars I would do. I made a claim under my travel insurance policy with Virgin Travel in March 2020. Now, 8 months later, I am still waiting to get my claim paid. I will now be taking my case to the Ombudsman and issuing proceedings against Virgin Travel Insurance
Avoid at all cost. This company works with another company called insureandgo and both of them are extremely slow to respond to claims, unreasonable and unfair to clients. Have used COVID 19 as an excuse to breach their contract policy. Will be presenting a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.
Seem to be doing anything possible to avoid and delay making payments or processing the claim. They have slowed their response time down from 7 working days, to 30 and now 35 days. Purchased insurance through insure and go and found out when I came to make a claim it was TCS I would be having to deal with. Fail to meet their own deadlines and fail to communicate effectively with customers.
