Took my dad’s 10 year old Dyson DC14 here just before Christmas as it was “smelling like burning”. The service was exemplary and they had found the fault and called to explain within a few hours. New part ordered and fitted within 24hours and they PAT tested the vacuum as well. Highly recommended!

The crispy beef was excellent. Google's ability to tell the difference between a Chinese takeaway and a vacuum cleaner repair store less so. That said, I've been to Wash Vac and found them to be helpful and reasonably priced. Two thumbs up!

Don't bother to ask us for Vax spairs said the owner ??? All parts come from China and are always wrong after two months waiting ( also g Tec parts) my ax is in the bin
