We had a wood burner installed in a new build house with no existing chinney. The process from beginning to end was extremely smooth. Mark was really helpful in advising us on our needs and providing a very clear quote. It was a pleasure to have Rob fit the wood burner. His professionalism and workmanship were second to none. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mark or Rob again in the future. We are very happy with our new wood burner!

We couldn't be more delighted with our beautiful kitchen. Huge thank you to Mark and the whole team, the service was first class from design through to delivery. The furniture is so sturdy and looks fantastic. We have had lots of great comments from family and friends that have seen it. We couldn't recommend Woodstock any higher, every dealing with them was professional, courteous and always with a bit of humour. We are delighted, hopefully the photos do it some justice. We bought a wood burner from Woodstock. Excellent service. They were able to fit us in really quickly for the installation, friendly, efficient, good price and good quality stove. Rob was clean and did a great job opening our (very dirty) fireplace up and installing the burner with chimney liner. Fixed a couple of cracks in the chimney too! We will definitely look to use you guys again if we should every need to! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The experience with Woodstock was brilliant. We were clearly taken through the process of getting a log burner installed and gave full itemisation of cost, there was lots of choice of product and we were advised on what suited our needs best. Rob was lovely, he was clean and efficient. He lit the fire with us to check the draw first time. He gave us lots of tips and was done in two days. Highly recommended.
Beautiful kitchen and great value. There are so many good things to say about this kitchen and the service from Woodstock. This is a product that will last a lifetime and more. It is sourced, manufactured and finished in the UK and came with no plastic packaging. Everything fitted perfectly and the paint finish is beautiful. Fitting was straightforward and I had a very happy carpenter that was truly happy to be working with real wood and good quality joinery. For similar money you could get a mass produced MDF or chipboard commercial kitchen, but why would anyone do that??? On the service front the family team at Woodstock were always available, helpful and patient as well as keen to make sure we were happy at every stage. We cannot recommend this product and the service highly enough, thank you.
