I called and Chad answered the phone, we discussed the issue I was having with my garage door. Within a few hours he was at my house and repaired the problem. Responded quickly to a problem - key pad on garage door opener not working. The door is used multiple times daily due to COVID. Mr Bunch was also proactive and noted that the spring controlling one of the doors needed replacement. Fixed both issues immediately.
