I ordered through their app for a pick up order. When I got there, they had no unsweetened iced tea, which I had ordered. I asked for a refund for the drink and they said they would not give me one for meals ordered through the app. My son and I ordered 2 burrito bowls. Mine was about half the size it usually is when I order in the store. They gave us no silverware or napkins for a pick up order as well. I will not be going back to that location and might be a while be fore I go back to any Chipotle. Definitely will not be using their app to order if I do go back at all.

This a newer chipotle and is pretty decent, always clean inside and well kept however on the outside their dumpster gate was open and it was a mess! They have a nice patio with seating that overlooks a pond but there is a giant trash pile behind you!
Placed order inline through app. Ordered three tacos which I confirmed through the app. Called and spoke to Glenda who instructed me to call 1 800 chipotle. Far as I can tell it doesn’t exist. Every customer service number Could find required me to provide email to use. I simply gave up and will choose to do business some where I don't have to get so frustrated with about an incorrect order.
This spot is worth a try. They serve big portions for reasonable prices. Consistently neat and with awesome ambience. Will visit here again.
Flavors good but speed needs work. Lots of priority for mobile orders not customers inside.
Love Chipotle but almost every time I order a salad online they forget the salad dressing even when I specifically ask for it.
The food is great as we all well know but while I was eating my bowl I pulled out a piece of hair at least 6 inches long. Then less than a month later my granddaughter found a hair in hers. This happens at the same one in Bristow Center Dr., Bristow, VA.
The place is amazing and the food is incredible! I loved it!
