Horrible service. My husband’s physician called in a prescription for him on Monday to be filled by today (Wednesday). My husband called in the morning to verify that they have the prescription and that it would be filled by the time he got off work. The employee was rude to my husband and said: “We’ll try but we are backed up on 300 prescriptions.” I called at 3pm and said I was on the way to pick up the medication, I was told they needed 30 minutes. I arrived at the window at 3:35pm and they NOW need 20 MORE minutes... all for a prescription that they’ve had since MONDAY!!! Unacceptable!!!

If I can give zero stars. NEVER answer their phone and must drive to store, wait in line, then told to wait another hour to be ready when it was their system that was wrong to begin with. Then asked if I have insurance when I've been there for 10 years. I have moved everything to a small pharmacy that answers their phone!

This CVS in Bristow, VA is poorly organized. The prescriptions are constantly piled up on the floor. They clearly are under staffed. The staff they do have working there have poor customer service because the person I spoke to couldn’t get her story straight about why my prescription was not filled. It was a system glitch, then there were no refills (which by the way there were 2). When I asked why I had not been notified of the problem I was told she filled 600 prescriptions daily and didn’t have time to request refills from doctors or contact customers. That’s the pharmacy’s job! Plus not to mention that’s basic customer service and the point of having the online app. She then said she had 5 other calls waiting and didn’t have time for this conversation. It sounds to me like she doesn’t have time to do her job correctly and needs to find one where she doesn’t have to deal with customers or maybe she needs to find the unemployment line and let someone who actually wants to work and HELP her customers get their medication have her job.

I used them once for my meds and they didn't have half in stock so I had to come back a different day which was a little inconvenient. BUT their staff is very friendly, every time I've been there (other than for medicines) I've had a positive experience. Today, Sandra was super helpful... she is the best! I will give them another try for the medicines and see how it goes.

The customer service on the phone is terrible. If you need any personal interaction, this is not the pharmacy for you. They dump you in a voicemail bin so they don’t have to deal with issues.

People at the pharmacy have no concept of customer service. they are inpatient, rude, and condescending. I was put four ONE HOUR on hold. if you want a better service, i recommend Walgreens.
