The food and doughnuts are great, however customer service is less than average. Every time I go in the staff is busy, looking down or their back turned with no acknowledgement of your presence until they are good and ready, and then you have cold service, no appreciation for you patronage, it's like you are bothering them..... DD I know you will read this, a friendly smile and a little respect would help your business survive, what are you thinking about ?

First time ever at Duck donuts and I have no regrets. We went early morning on mother's day and luckily it wasnt crowded! We ordered sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches on English muffins, and we were able to eat those while we waited for our half dozen donuts. Holy guacamole. That breakfast sandwich was the BEST breakfast sandwich EVER. Absolutely shocking. I forgot to take a picture of the donuts when they were fresh, oops! But the lemon donut with raspberry drizzle may have been the best donut I've ever had in my life. FOR THE RECORD!! You have to eat the donuts while they're hot. Life changing. They were still pretty good once the cooled down, and the next day. But, when they're hot is where it's at. Also, the bacon donut sucked. Bacon doesn't belong on a donut. We only ordered it because we've heard that its amazing. Wrong. Skip it.

This is a dangerous place! Every donut is made to order and they come out nice and hot, ready to melt in your mouth. Visit once and you'll be fighting yourself to keep away. Their seasonal donuts are quite the treat!

I ordered a few dozen for curbside pick up this morning and I arrived so much earlier than I anticipated. I called to see if they happen to be ready and found out they were in the works. They got them out so fast and efficiently to me before my actual pick-up time. So grateful for the accommodation. The donuts are warm, and smell absolutely amazing. Great place, will definitely be a repeat customer.
