Terrible terrible terrible i walked in 8 months pregnant, thinking Mario was being a honest man, knowing i have children and needed a reliable car. After purchasing a 2012 Nissan Altima, I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve only had the car for 2 weeks, and had to replace the battery after the 1st 5 days. The brake light has a short in it. Yesterday, I had to replace all 5 of the bolts and tire on the passenger side because they were screwed in wrong. It now needs a engine mount, new brakes, upper control arm and a wheel alignment. This man told me nothing was wrong with the car but being that I’m a female and know nothing about cars he took advantage of me and told me that it isn’t his problem smh

The salesman at this dealership didn’t anything about any of the vehicles he was supposed to be selling. Nor did he know the ACCURATE prices of his vehicles the owner needs to address this salesman god bless
The couple running this seem nice enough, but are generally not professional / organized. They did allow us to come see a vehicle just after posted business hours, but it had a number of engine error codes and would not pass emissions checks. It was promised to be ready in 2 business days....that became 4 then they wouldn't have parts for at least another day so while he didn't say it, that meant it wouldn't be ready until the next week...and that's assuming the fixes they did would actually fix the engine error codes (which didn't seem the case from the codes and the likely causes we researched). Each time I had to contact them to get an update and Mario didn't have any real answers, and I think he was just giving me guesses instead of details that he found out.
What a joke of a business. Went with cash to buy a truck, add said excellent condition, missing parts, torn headliner, cracked dash, dry rotted tire dents, rust. I would advise never to set foot on his lot.

Si pudiera dar un zero lo daría, llamamos al dueño y nos mando la dirección. Llegamos y no estaba el, había una señora que le llamo y para hacer la historia corta el carro ni estaba en el local y no les importo perder un cliente. Una pérdida de tiempo. If I could give it a zero I would, we call the owner and have us the address to the place. Once we arrived he was not there, we spoke to a lady who called him, to make the story short the car we were looking for wasn't even there and they didn't care to lose a customer. Lost of time.
