Jim was so courteous and helpful when I made a last minute request this afternoon. We live out of state and needed to get our Covid positive family member transportation to the hospital (non-emergency). We were glad to find and work with BriteLift . We felt assured in using their services since they clean between riders. They also took the extra step of keeping us informed of their transportation status so we could tell our family member when to expect them. Knowing that we live out of state, they even called us when she was successfully dropped off. In such stressful times I was glad to find them.
