Been customer for many years all the advertising about good customer care customer service heating repairs is totally rubbish I left my gas boiler service to a company I can trust reliable and trusted. Even if you have a problem with your gas bills total rubbish what makes me laugh is a big blue chip company think thay are always right Thay have never changed over the years just making the CO more rich. Never ever would I return.

Crooks. Rang up to switch to standard variable tarrif and asked specifically for a plan with no exit fees. I was told this was done and then low and behold, I was charged 30 exit fees for both gas and electricity totalling 60 and now I'm here wasting time on the phone to resolve it. Despicable.
