If you are looking for a conference hotel close to Arlanda airport then Villa Aske is a good location as it is not far from the airport but firmly set in the countryside. They have several types of conference rooms that cater for most needs with a capacity for accommodating large groups including basic overnight accommodation. They have a nice bar and recreational facilities in the main building together with the restaurants. Over all a nice venue but the food slightly underwhelming.

Very nice staff and beautiful surroundings
The conference venue itself (the old villa and associated buildings) is very nice, including the restaurant, and the staff were overall very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately it is not possible to reach wirh public transport, making it necessary to either drive there or take a taxi (from Bålsta station). The facility has an Italian theme, which is reflected in the cuisine (and all the way to olive oil soap), which felt a little bit contrived. The meeting rooms were well equipped and there were olenty of cosy smaller rooms for group discussions or just hanging out. However, I found the accomodation in the annexes rather spartan, if clean and utilitarian. Also, tbe ventilation was quite poor, making sleep difficult.
If the purpose of your booking is conference, be aware that there is no WiFi (internet connection) in the room.
Great location for a conference. Very classy building and rooms. WiFi worked without a hitch. Food was of a very high quality. Very happy with my stay!
Setting in beautiful countryside surrounding this place offer functional premises for conferencing and training. Staff are friendly and serviceminded. Food are good even if portions are on the small side. Buildings are a bit outdated and would benefit of renovation especially the pavilion.
Really superb food. PA equipment needed some maintenance.
Very nice place.. We had a great time there in terms of business and liesure activities.
