My wife and I are retired and recently moved to Utah. In a former life I managed medical clinics with a specialty in medical insurance. Upon moving to Utah and turning 65, I needed to sign up for Medicare with a supplemental insurance. Knowing the complexities of this process I sought out Marcie at Broadbent. I was and am delighted with her knowledge, professionalism, patience and kindness. She took the time to understand our needs and what product would work best for us. She did all the work signing us up. Recently I discussed dental insurance with her...again she provided great insights.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews but I am so appreciative of the help James and his staff provided me this week and I was so impressed by their willingness to help me out. It’s rare to find a business like this with as caring customer service as they have. I called this week to ask for help navigating my health insurance options. Before calling them I was confused about several things and I had a good list of questions. James and his assistant answered all of my questions and they also helped me understand the health insurance industry in a better way so that I now feel more comfortable knowing how to navigate it all better in the future.
