Been waiting since 20th October 2020 for a repair to be done, and nothing has been done. I have been a Broadland tenant for nearly a decade, and normally they are pretty quick. On another note, the maintenance teams really need to consider other neighbours when on a job, as some start earlier than they should so they get off work earlier. 8.30am is incredibly early to be hammering and replacing windows in my opinion.

I have been a tenant of Broadland Housing for just over four years. They have been great and deal with any emergency repairs quickly. Other more basic repairs do take a long time but this is to be expected when they have so many properties to look after. In my experience the staff are all friendly and professional when dealing with queries. The engineers and workmen that have attended any repairs in my home have all been prompt to arrive and polite. As someone who has rented privately previously and dealt with some terrible landlords I can honestly say this has been the most stress free four years I have had. Thank you Broadland for offering me a property with affordable rent and stability for my family.
Why has my review been blocked? I’ve tried a number of times to post it. I really feel that I’ve been treated appallingly by my Housing Officer – she called me recently telling me that I might possibly be evicted… This is seriously affecting my mental health.
I cannot put into words how disappointed I have been not just by the housing officers, staff, and people on the phone. The whole company needs a complete rethink on communication skills and a little humanity wouldn’t go a miss.
Would give 0 stars if possible !! Takes forever to get repairs done and then they are bodged and we're back to square 1. Useless is a total understatement, they like to lie to their tennants too.
