My wife and I visited the property to hopefully view their 2 bedroom apartments. When we walked in it seemed as though they were irritated that we interrupted an “Important” conversation. They did not take a breath to greet us, leaving us to announce our presence. However, my wife in a uplifting tone greeted them and provided our names and what we were there to see. The young lady at the desk to the left told us to have a seat outside in the lobby and she would see if there was some availability. As we waited in the lobby we could hear them laughing and joking and continuing the conversation that we obviously interrupted. We sat there for 5 minutes hoping that someone would greet us, and advise us on what to do. They continued to talk and laugh as if we were not there. I would say that it was the color of my skin that caused them to be rude, but that’s just too easy. I’ll say that it was the lack of customer service, and the two young ladies obviously do not get a chance to converse so they had to finish that “Important conversation.” Oh, I almost forgot the buildings needed to be pressure washed. I hope you ladies finished that very important conversation, and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know not to ever visit your location. Have a wonderful day.

We have lived at Broadlands Apartments for about 2 and a half years now. The assistant property manager Naurin has been our main point of contact since we moved in. Naurin is always there when we have had any questions or concerns. She has amazing customer service and is always my go to leasing office team member. The leasing team as a whole has always taken great care of my family and we couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve lived in the Ashburn area my whole life and I wouldn’t go to any other apartment complex property. The maintenance team is extreme responsive and respectful. They have always provided us with quick service. Thank you broadlands team for providing my family with a safe, loving environment and friendly environment. We hope to create more memories here at broadlands apartments.

I love this complex. We've been here almost three years and my kids are happy. The schools in this area are absolutely amazing. The rental office has a lot of fun events for everyone to get to know each other. I am really thankful we found this neighborhood!

We rented at the Broadlands apartment for 1 year and then began a lease another lease because we have very much enjoyed the quality of the neighborhood and the amenities. Early in our second lease we had the opportunity to buy a house and had to make a choice to end our lease early. Working with Jason Kennedy on the details of what is involved with the ending a lease early equipped us to make the right decisions for our goals and our finances. Jason is a true professional and proved his ability to talk through contract terms and explain them in a way that those of us who do not write contracts everyday can understand. Thanks to Jason for making a big decision a little less stressful! We would certainly recommend Broadlands Apartments to any of our friends or family who are looking for a well maintained and well managed rental apartment community.

One of the best places I’ve seen! I took a look with my kids about all the spots available they had and while walking around, I noticed a few things. One of them was the the staff is very nice and fun, another one was that after awhile of living here, I guess most people will recognize you and greet you and say hello. The apartment me and my kids are moving in is very nice and situated. It has a fireplace, an upstairs, and two very nice bedrooms. I have a feeling my kids will love this place!
