Paul at the Caledonia location was fantastic to work with! But I needed a few things which were very minor fixed and am closer to the Middleville location. The service department has been extremely helpful also. I am very satisfied with both locations and would recommend BMG to anyone looking for a good used vehicle, customer service and willing to help

Absolutely in love with my 2016 Honda Civic Touring! After driving over 5 hours from Wisconsin to pick it up, I was not disappointed. Car was in great condition, and I feel confident they sold me a quality vehicle through honest business practices. They seem to stand by their work, although I have not had any issues with my new car. If something negative comes up though, customers are encouraged to get in touch. Greatly appreciated.

I worked with Paul to purchase two vehicles for our company. The easiest vehicle purchase I ever had. There was one minor issue with one of the vehicles and they took care of it extremely fast. I would highly recommend purchasing from Paul. I plan to do it again when were ready for our next one. Great company to deal with.

If we could buy a thousand more transit vans from Paul at the Caledonia location... without hesitation we certainly would! The customer service greatly surpassed any/all of our expectations. There is so much care instilled in their business, and we appreciate how transparent, personal and professional everyone has been. You can easily sense that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them and nothing about the experience felt disingenuous. A refreshing process, we cannot recommend highly enough! They even fine-tuned our stereo system, polished some blemishes, and helped us find new wheels. 10/10, 5 stars, a pie, and flowers!
