Took my really old late mother's machine in for repair , There was a slight miscommunication Between us(no need to go it to story.) Anyway spoke with lady and made payment. Have to say was delighted with out come this is a family business use your local shops if your not pleased with something just speak to them there human and would definitely recommend there service . Thank you again for understanding . We both got a win -win ..
