Really great service from start to finish. Emily took time, listened to out requirements, and designed a lovely kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed of all progress in a timely manner. The kitchen is complete now and absolutely wonderful. The quality of the units is brilliant, good and solid yet as smooth as you like with the soft close mechanism. All in all really happy

Awesome service...much better then in comparison with Magnet. Their design services are spot on and helps you to visualise and conclude the kitchen.
From start to finish Wren were a joy to do business with. The planning stage was fun and they were very patient with us as we changed our minds on colour etc three times. When we rang the customer service a couple of times they got back to us with answers/solutions exactly when they promised they would. The installer was very helpful and helped us make sensible decisions. The kitchen arrived on time and so did the fitters 3 days later. The quality of the kitchen is amazing, better than we had hoped and the fitters worked so hard to get it finished as quickly as possible without compromising anything. We would definitely recommend Wren and would use them again in the future if needed.
Do not use this store. !!! And personally avoid wren tbh. Avoid Jake the designer and don't bother with Tony the manger. Both useless. Purchased a kitchen for nearly 4.2k and spent hours with designer arranging kitchen . Lots pictures of the kitchen we wanted in show room. Multiple emails confirming what we wanted. Asked if price could be reduced and designer changed the whole door and trim design and never told us. Offered us a discount but actually just chose cheaper doors. When delivered and when started opening discovered wrong doors and trim. 3 days of arguing with wren sending pictures and email chains and they accepted I was right. This is after speaking with Jake who denied doing it. My emails and the order categorically proved it. Hours and hours of arguments and they changed it to the doors we wanted but not the range we originally requested. That would have been another 2k and wren refused to honour it but did provide right doors for free. They shipped out replacements...but missed some required trim and a door. They replaced these but sent wrong items. 3 calls later and actually sending images of what I wanted. Guess what, they send the wrong stuff again. Seriously wren are useless. Staff lie. Manager does nothing and when u ask him questions he has to get his staff as he doesn't have a clue. When I went back in store Tony did not give a ####. Wouldn't call customer service stated wasn't his fault or responsibility and gave us no help what so ever. Luckily I took pictures and most communications were via email. Only good thing is now kitchen is in and it looks fantastic. However was not worth the hours and hours of my time. Should have gone elsewhere and despite the lovely kitchen now....wouldn't use them again as u simply can't trust wrens people...or the company to deal with things correctly. If u have to use wren. Use a different store as the people inside can't be trusted
Wren turned my dream kitchen that I saw in the Broadstairs showroom into a reality. I couldn't fault the service, design or quality of the kitchen. Really pleased with how it turned out
