TJ and Nolan were very friendly and extremely helpful! They performed a home, WETT and septic inspection and explained their findings in simple terms with pictures and recommendations. TJ gave us a ton of extra advice on how to maintain and repair certain aspects of the home and even took the time to call one of his associates for a quote on heating installation. Knowledgeable, professional, very reasonably priced.. definitely recommend and will be calling again!

Completely unprofessional! Had to hire a contractor to check out the defects found in his inspection and not one was substantiated. He actually stated there was moisture in the sump pump hole as an example and I have many many more. On top of that two different clients paid him to do an inspection on the same property and he copied the first for the second client and still charged 500. He is incompetent and unethical.
