Armada Inspection Services did a home inspection on a property we were looking to purchase. I had researched a number of companies before making a selection. Richard was available by phone and email and was incredibly responsive before, during and after the inspection. He gave us a ton of advice through e-mail before the inspection was done. It was evident from the beginning that Richard really cares about what he does. He is thorough, diligent and objective. We received a very detailed report which also included suggestions for how to resolve some of the property deficiencies. Richard also arranged for a WETT inspection to be done at the same time and took care of all of the details. Richard (and Carol Anne) were a pleasure to meet and work with and I have no hesitation in recommending Armada Inspection Services for your home inspection needs.

I found Richard through a Google search and I was impressed with his informative website and thorough inspection. He gave me a 60 page inspection report with detailed explanations and summarizing every item that either needed fixing or has to be replaced, including thermal imaging and a radon test. It was a huge factor in my decision to purchase the property. Honest and excellent service!!!

I highly recommend Armada Inspection Services, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and best of all, they took the time to teach me. They explained what they were looking at and what they were looking for and why. The report I received was very well written and organized and it explained the terminology used throughout. It also had very helpful diagrams throughout to help you gain a more in-depth understanding. I am so grateful to have found them because they made the house hunting search a little less frightening. I know so much more now about what to look for in a home and they saved me from investing in a poorly kept property(which had a lot of latent defects). Do yourself a favour and hire them to inspect your home before making the largest investment of your life. Well worth it!
