Store policy regarding status cards requires updating. CT is required by law to accept status cards, the information is required by CT as part of exemption, staff not collecting info on behalf of company as required. Employee stated I was responsible to complete info. I not employee of CT, I do not need the info CT needs it, CT employee responsible to collect on behalf of CT. Brockville, Ontario location.

They have online only and it doesn't show any of the clearance items that make this store worth going to . Can't call to buy , the rep outside was ignorant as well . The cashiers are very polite so I will leave that complement. However I now have to go to Walmart to get a TV. Your rep outside is rude. When I asked if I could find out about clearance tvs he said .. try back next week on Tues possibly... lost my business for good and I've spent quite a few 1000 bucks here this year alone...

Our van had a flat tire on the westbound 401 on Sunday and we had to stay at Brockville overnight. Being the closest Canadian Tire, we left the car there so that it could be fixed early on Monday. Got a text message from CT at 7:30 am mentioning van will be looked after and someone will advise. In 45 minutes got a call from Service Advisor (Scott) mentioning the wheel replacement will take 30 minutes however front left control arm was not safe to drive with especially all the way back to Toronto. Gave me a good price and time of 12 pm in the afternoon. Got a call from Scott at 11:52 am mentioning van was ready with completed repairs. Went over to pay and say thank you. Well done Scott and team CT @ Brockville. God Bless! :)

Wonderful improvements to the Brockville store now that the new owner has come onboard. Highly recommend choosing them over a US chain. Support local, shop Canadian!
