My appointment was on time. The atmosphere was relaxing and professional. I wasn't pressured by the audiologist to make any decision at the end of my test. I was sent home with all of the information so I can make an informed decision. No high pressured sales tactics. I would highly recommend this business.

IMPRESSED !! I have been using hearing aids for quite a number of years, and I wanted a local Audiologist and Hearing Aid Specialist I could rely on and turn to when the need arose . I decided on Davidson Hearing Aid Centre on Central Ave here in Brockville Though never having been there before; on entering I was greeted like an old friend by 'Carol' behind the desk who immediately made me feel at ease . Carol made an early appointment for me to have a hearing test . On appointment day ‘Amy’ introduced herself as my Hearing Aid Specialist, who was friendly and most proficient in conducting inspection and extensive tests to determine my present hearing problems ! After making a necessary alteration to my right ‘aid', Amy re-programmed both to the new parameters, and I could immediately sense the improvement ! After several days of use, I would rate an improvement of possibly 30% ! To say I am impressed would be an understatement, and I only wish I had come to Davidson’s sooner !! David Norcott.
