Huge selection. Usually a knowledgable staff member to consult. Of course the prices do reflect that level of service. And absolutely, if nobody else has that thing you need to complete the job - you'll find it there.

Had the best experience today.The girl at the paint counter (pam) was amazing. Even tho she was super busy she was friendly and knowledgeable about the product i was looking for.

Terrible customer service. Employees have a handful of carts in the aisles doing inventory (Which is fine) but they were using a few lumber carts and there was none left for customers. There were only regular shopping carts left. I asked to borrow one of the lumber carts as I was not strong enough to lift the sheet of melamine with my husband. They refused to let us borrow it and I ended up slicing my hand open. After this occurred, my husband asked for the cart again (surprisingly calm by my surprise) and we were given attitude and a silent treatment. I am very disappointed and will not be shopping here anymore.

Knowledgable and friendly staff that don't just usually point you in the direction but most often walks with you to help you find what you're looking for. Prices are pretty decent. Tons of parking.
