I brought my car in to have 4 new tires put on and get it inspected. Tires were done quickly but it failed inspection. The shop recommended a full brake job (front and back padsrotors) and brake fluid flush totaling close to 800. They were very sly when I asked what specifically I needed to fix to pass inspection. I inspected the brakes when I got the car home and found that only the rear brake pads were worn beyond spec, and replacing them only is 150 (or 30 if you DIY, which I did). I picked up my car from the shop at 5:30pm (after dark) and other than the shop pushing for 650 worth of work I didn't need, all seemed well. The next day, in sunlight, I noticed large patches of dull spots, scuffs, and fingerprints on the paint of the hood and trunk-lid of the car. The spots were about 6\x8\ each, and located above all 4 wheels. It looked like someone rested their greasy hands on the paint while changing the tires. I tried to remove the spots with bug and tar remover, only to find that it wasn't coming off, it was in the paint. It looks like they wiped my car with a rag full of dirt and brake fluid, causing scratching and dulling of the paint. It took the better part of a day for me to polish the paint back to a shine with some polishing compound, but even so, I can still see scratches in the paint due to this shop's carelessness. I considered going back to complain about this and see if I could get them to fix the paint, but decided I'm better off just fixing the problem myself and keeping my car away from this shop. The attached picture shows some of the fingerprints and dull spots that would NOT wash off.

Courteous and I believe they’re doing their best to do what they could for me. I think they were a little over their heads w/ some repairs that needed to be done. I’ve always had a good experience with Jack Williams. In the past. There was a whole lot that went on here between parts working with a warranty company a lot of other things that were beyond their control so I’d say they is a a good job.
They were great got the buy 3 get 1 free winter tire deal. Extremely fast ordered @6pm on Saturday night. They had them Monday morning. Called for a appointment on Tuesday @130pm they were able to install Tuesday after 330 and were done by 5pm. Extremely satisfied. See Joe. You will help you
