Although David seems knowledgeable with what he does, after getting my company established (new business owner) getting a response from him is near impossible. Any questions asked goes unanswered or he just goes around the question you’re asking. I am not a CPA nor do I specialize in business so I have had questions to make sure that I am not misusing my company in any way. After a 2nd incident that I went through with this company, I knew I had to find a new CPA. I sent out an email regarding the IRS billing me for my end of year taxes that David filed (after I found the letter several months later which is my fault) and I got no response from him until I reached out to him again a week later. He responded by saying that he did not understand what was being asked. It would be nice to know if he received my email or that he was getting it sorted out. Any kind of response would be nice instead of just getting an invoice with a packet asking for my signature through the mail, without an explanation as to what is going on and how things will be resolved. After going to this company for a year, it seems like David is only good at filing your taxes (with a very high price when compared to other CPAs) and that’s it.
