superb customer service. The woman who answers the phone/makes appointments is FANTASTIC. Hit a few snags as far as guys coming during the proposed window of time, but they were apologetic about it. Did superb task when they were here. and professional. For the amount of time they ended up spending on my job, I do think they are reasonably priced - project quoted up front with signatures for approval before any work is done and I appreciated the transparency and lack of surprises.

Call Friday afternoon to set two toilets on Saturday. My call was answered and professionally. Their guy was at my building by 10AM on Saturday morning. project was done within 1 1/2 hours. The tech was professional and efficient. I was 100% thrilled and would recommend their services without hesitation.
They are honest and hard working people! They will do in their power to solve your dilemma even if it means they have to call in another expert! I will always use this company!
