I was completely lost in doing my taxes since this was the first year I had bought my house. The young lady was very friendly and professional, was able to go thru and explained everything to me and help me understand what she was doing. I was extremely happy with the results. It took less than an hour, if I had attempted to do it, it would literally be days and most likely I would have made major mistakes.
