Very nice young men, professional in all areas I was in contact with them. Answered my questions in length where I could understand. They cleaned out latteral lines to septic tank left the yard looking nice and level. They were very neat, picked up after themselves. Very well pleased with their work.

We were hesitant to use Mullin again but we had no choice and WOW were we pleased. Jorge was much more professional than the last person we had. I hope they have 20 more people just like him. He worked hard explained the issues, what he was doing to fix the problem, and gave me tips to help maintain my system to prevent future issues. Very polite and positive attitude. We will definitely use them again because of him.
We had the Platinum Service Plan for our Aerobic system at our home for 8.5 years. Always excellent service. We just moved and don’t have a need for this type of service at the new home; otherwise we would still have your company’s service. Every employee whether on the telephone or in person at our home was polite, cheerful and ready to assist in any way needed. Thank you for providing great service. You obviously make a great work environment for people to enjoy their jobs and be cheerful in assisting customers. We appreciate every one who assisted us over the years.
Piss poor workmanship. Had them replace all my piping, they are quick but it's because they are bad. Unsecured connections, hot cold backwards, leaking connections, insulation falling of pipes after days, they plumbed my bathroom sink in the middle of the room instead of under my sink ... I have to call them out again because I found more problems, I will say they responded the first time fast but sadly the workmanship was no better. Waste of money, huge regret. I have spent 600 fixing things that were brand new after spending 8k (950sqft home). Unreal... They couldn't even use a tape measure to center and space the pipes coming up from the floor...
