The owner literally cussed me out, called me a moron, and told me to come up there so he could beat my ass!! All because of a bad review I gave this place on yellow pages! I gave them my boat in the fall, paid over 1,000 for them to fix it, then took my boat out first chance in March and it wasn't fixed! Took it straight back to them and it's been 4 months and they still haven't fixed it! Not to mention my radio broke and tarp ripped in their care! They said that they wouldn't replace them and so I gave them a bad review! Then he threatens to beat my ass!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

Best place I've ever been to. honest and fair quick turn around. always take great care of me
185 for an oil change on my boat and signs point to the fact that they started my motor without hooking water up to it. Their tech stated he was absolutely certain they hooked water up to my boat when they warmed it up to change the oil and he could pull video proof if I wanted him to. However, here is what I know, I had my boat out two weeks prior to dropping my boat off for an oil change and it ran at it's normal 140-150 degree range. I took my boat in for an oil change, then when put my boat in the water the next day, it overheated within 200 yards of the boat ramp. When I took my boat to my regular mechanic which charges 30/ hr less, he pulled my seawater pump and said that it had signs the boat had been ran without water. Again, Outlaw Marine claimed they could pull the video and prove that they hooked water up to it, but the signs point to the fact they did not. I feel like I paid 185 for an oil change, which I feel is an outrageous price, and there is a probability they burnt up my seawater pump on my boat. Also, there was oil all over the white seats of my boat, new scuff marks on the interior walls, and even oil drips down the outside of my boat.
I have purchased a atv from this place many approximately 5 years ago. The guy was honest and gave me a fair deal on the quad. Now the last two years I have owned a boat and had them service it every year with oil changes and maintance and also had them winterize it. Every time I go there they are friendly and give me advice on things my boat needs now and things that can wait a bit longer. They also get my boat serviced and ready to go in a timely matter I will be taking my boat back to them soon to get it ready for the season again soon.
Good guys. They picked up my scooter and repaired it in a timely fashion.
Stay far away from this place was quoted over the phone that it would cost me 140 to winterize my boat was charged 240. They even asked what make model and motor it had. On top of that they informed me that It would have only taken them 3 or 4 days to winterize it, they ended up having the boat for 11 days and still they didn't get everything I asked done. Finally Ended up picking the boat up without the oil change and wax job that I had asked for. The entire time they kept coming up with excuses about tools and equipment being broken down one of them being the impeller on the vacuum pump, how does a maintenance shop not have backups of simple things like this! Update: I wish I could give this place zero stars, the boat was not winterized correctly and when I went to start the boat up for the first time water was going everywhere took me about an hour to figure out it was coming from the heater. Called the owner of the place to inform him that the boat was not winterized correctly which he informed me that I was stupid and that I didn't know anything about my boat and that I should have known that the heater needed to be winterized. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else or just do it yourself.
No one will answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. They give us the run around on parts. They have had our 4 wheeler for 2 months. Very bad customer service!
Very nice
