Most of the time when people complain about realtors, it’s really a breakdown in communication or not enough communication. That has not been my experience at all. Baharak Ranjbar has been upfront, given back instant responses, and worked with us through the purchase of our first house. It’s important to maintain a good line of contact, especially as nervous first time home owners who don’t necessarily understand all that it takes to purchase a new home. Not only was communication outstanding, but the guidance we got was more than enough to change our inexperience from doubtful to confident in our home buying decision.
