Attendant immediately acknowledged me and was very helpful with my return. Floor is marked for distancing and they have a sign on the door that only 3 customers in at a time. This is great as it not huge. Very proactive.
Very friendly, we have a mail box here. They offer accepting packages from UPS and FexEX and others so we don't have to worry about porch pirates.
The guy that always helps us is awesome! He has the flippy hair. The location is always empty when we go which is really convenient. The rates are super expensive but I know it has nothing to do with the store. Edit: changed review to five stars.
I read the negative reviews and just seems people assume these employees working here should be perfect all the time and equipment should work perfectly every single time when no one and nothing is perfect all the time and this is not a perfect world, these employees at this particular location do a exceptional job, I been a loyal UPS Store Customer since 2016!
I am in this store frequently. Everyone is really nice & helpful. The manager and associates go above and beyond for their customers!
I needed to make copies of a invitation. The guy was super helpful and nice about getting it to print two per page. They had some issues getting it to print correctly, so that took some time. Then something was wrong with the printer and it was leaving a black streak mark on the paper. They couldn’t fix it. I asked if they could print me 16 copies, but I only pay for 8 because an invitation on each page was ruined! That was the amount I needed. I was firmly told No, even though it wasn’t my fault! So I walked out of there with 6 dollars worth of charges for 4 pieces of paper. Oh.. and a 1.99 email charge which he never said up front! It took me 30 minutes to get a third of what I needed. The lady was super rude. And you think they could have given me the duds for free since they were going to throw them away?! Nope! I had to pay for every paper I walked out with. The worst customer service. The guy was very nice and asked if my requests were possible, but a rude no from the lady. Such poor customer service. Their machine was malfunctioning and I got no compensation.
