Rural Water

We are very pleased with the products and services we receive from UniFirst. We have used them for many years for the rugs in our office and the rugs have always been of a good quality. Our delivery man, Daniel Peterson, has been taking care of our office for about two years. He has always provided excellent service and addressed any issues we might have in a very professional manner. He is very good at communicating any schedule changes due to holidays and is always striving to make our experience positive and stress free. He is a great representative of the company!

Travis our Uniform delivery guy is a top notch individual. Always courtesy, polite, and goes above and beyond to ensure our uniforms get serviced. He always lets us know when there is a change in pick up do to holiday schedules. As for the laundry side of UniFirst it seems their machines are rough on the uniforms. We get a lot of Uniforms that are patched or even has a hole in them that will need to be patched. They have tried to charge for patching so keep an eye on this. If it's their machines causing the rips and tears then they need to patch them with no charge. But over all great service.
