The product and family are both amazing. My husband and I tried a pack of the ground beef to see how we like it and have made the choice that this will be the only beef we purchase going forward. Great flavor without even seasoning, lean when cooking, and the kids eat it which is a plus in its self. The family is amazing and care about the quality of the product they produce which shows in there service to customers. They have gained a lifetime customer from our family.

Have made several purchases from BBB! Love the products and regularly recommend them to friends! The quality and flavor is not comparable to regular beef. Such a lean, clean flavor that upgrades the regular meals! Can’t say enough about the product... as far as the Skidmore family... what a great farmer to deal with. They go out of there way to be in the community meeting consumers and not just selling their products but working to support other local farmers! Grade A all the way around!!!!

This is an amazing company. We go to the rineyville Farmers market on Sundays and look forward to the Broken Buckle beefalo stand. Great meat, amazing cuts and friendly service. You can put in your order early on during the week to guarantee you get the cut you want and they will have at the farmers market on Sundays. This meat is well worth it. Make sure you give it a try!
