Friendly staff unfortunately overpriced.
Our jockey wheel clamp broke and the guy behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful. Offered to weld on a new one for us that day! Unfortunately we have a gas one and he didn't have the proper fitting. We bought a screw on jockey wheel clamp and were good to go. Top bloke!

Needed urgent repairs to hot water plumbing on our caravan. Thanks to Broken Hill Caravans for fitting us in to their busy schedule. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend them for any caravan problems if travelling through Broken Hill area.
This was our maiden trip in the van. Left Tamworth, and by the time we reached Broken Hill needed some urgent help and repairs. We contacted Broken Hill Caravans and that is probably the luckiest thing that had happened to us so far on the trip. Brian and Heather were amazing. They squeezed us in on the day we visited them and by the end of that day we were all fixed and ready to go. We can't thank them enough for their friendly and genuinely caring service.
