Andrew was so helpful when I was having problems with the hard drive on my MacBook. He is very knowledgeable over the phone and told me what he thought the problem was. He ordered the new hard drive really fast and replaced it for me the next day. He is very helpful and friendly. Also a lot cheaper than going to the Apple store. He has also been making sure the laptop is running well after he has replaced the drive. Thanks Andrew!

Andrew is very quick and efficient. He was open and honest when diagnosing the potential problems with my MacBook. He clearly has an in-depth knowledge of the problems that can occur, and when fixing he addressed areas in stages that meant I didn’t end up paying to fix things that weren’t directly responsible. Would recommend and will be using him in future.

I have dropped my phone and the whole screen was damaged plus my battery was faulty . I have decided to contact Andrew because I knew I couldn’t afford Apple prices , he contacted me straight away and have explained to me what will have to be done and exact prices . He have showed me all the tools that he be using ,I had no hope because my phone was really damaged , when he repaired it , it look like brand new phone , everything is working perfectly fine Now I have new battery and new screen and I couldn’t be more happier
Andrew has fixed my Iphone screen a few times (I keep dropping it) now and replaced my battery twice. Very professional, better service than any store, cheaper prices and an amazing guarantee. I just got my old MacBook completely refurbished and the memory upgraded for a fabulous price. I still want to use usb and I can now transfer photo’s from cd to other formats so I don’t lose them. Highly recommended!
