Clarion Housing offer the worst possible customer service. A very disconnected organisation that intentionally avoids taking any responsibility for poor tenant behaviour. I've read prior reviews and have to agree, that the only way progress is ever made is under the threat of legal action or the involvement of an MP.

If i could give no stars I would do! Lived in a property I rented from them, which over the last 15 years has fallen into a state of major disrepair, asbestos in the roof, no repairs, operatives who turn up when it suits them, if one is lucky! Then seem happy to let me burn my property down and or set myself alight by not addressing plumbing issues, electrical issues, persecuting my fragile mental health and causing immeasurable, astronomical frankly deplorable, unlawful, negligence

This company is slow and unprofessional, the engineers they have do not care. They are unwilling to resolve issues that they are their responsibilities unless you suggest legal action. Managers do not care and staff are not that helpful. They are not that well trained and don't really care about issues reported. This company has a disjointed communications system, the amount of times that I have had to repeat my self is ridiculous. If I had know this information prior to buying my property then I would not buy this property. I am now looking to sell my property so that I don't have to deal anymore with CLARIONHOUSING!

Reported a repair on 2nd June 2020. 11 weeks later I am still waiting. Ring them every week with no success. They said they would ring back. That has'nt happened in 25 years. Appalling service, managers need to be held responsible & sacked.
