The cleaner came and spent 1 hour and a half cleaning one kitchen. Second time she spent 1 hour and 15 minutes cleaning one ensuite. I booked 3 hours each time to clean just a kitchen, bathroom, small downstairs WC and an ensuite with a shower. I expected this to be ample time to complete the tasks and also do ad hoc tasks like cleaning doors, skirting etc. but each time she barely finished the kitchen, bathroom, wc and ensuite in the 3 hours. I complained and the supervisor said it should take 4 hours to clean a small/medium kitchen, a small wc, a small ensuite and a family bathroom - no vacuuming or cleaning anywhere else in the house. 4 hours! I was with maid2clean before and I will be going back to them as they did my whole house with vacuuming and cleaning skirting in 4 hours.
